At Invest Africa, we believe true growth happens when purpose and profitability move hand in hand. That’s why we’re proud to spotlight the inspiring transformation of Women in Water, Sanitation, and Climate Change (WWSCC), one of the standout participants in the Tullow Ghana Supplier SDGs Readiness (TSSR) Programme.

When WWSCC joined the TSSR Programme, the goal was simple, to strengthen operations and build resilience. What they gained was far deeper: a complete shift in how they define success.
Through expert mentoring, hands-on workshops, and practical sustainability tools, WWSCC discovered that doing good is good business. They learned how to embed sustainability into every decision, from procurement to energy use turning impact into measurable results.
With TSSR guidance, WWSCC introduced a company-wide environmental monitoring system that reduced costs, boosted efficiency, and built client trust. But the biggest change was cultural: sustainability is now at the heart of their business strategy.
